Benefits of Synthetic Turf and Environmental Impact

Synthetic Turf has a measurably positive impact on our environment.  More than 2.2 Billion gallons of water are saved each year by the more than 5000 artificial turf fields in the US right now.  That's a lot of water!

Can I save water with artificial grass at my home?

The typical home lawn of 1800 sq. ft. consumes approx. 56,000 gallons of water in a calendar year.  In addition an estimated 40 lbs of fertilizer is saved and removed from the environment.  Providing a saver ground water supply, safer area for our pets and a cleaner environment.

For every 1000 new synthetic turf fields, an average of 500 million gallons of water and 1.25 million pounds of fertilizer is saved.

The question is, why haven't you switched to fake grass?
